Simon Keegan – Managing Director
Simon commenced his career in construction in 1996, designing and selling spec homes in South Australia. Since then he has held various leadership roles on Boards of companies with revenues in excess of $100m. Simon brings professional, blue-chip expertise to EIR’s operating model and remains committed to providing excellence in customer service. Qualifications: Ba Business (Marketing)
Todd McCallum – Sales & Operations Manager
Todd has worked extensively in the labour hire and permanent recruitment business both here in Australia and in New Zealand. He has worked with many big companies on both sides of the ditch. He also comes with vast practical experience having “paid his dues” on sites as a senior scaffolder, machine operator and time in the Mines in WA. Todd’s background and personality all lend themselves to creating great customer experiences and he prides himself on meeting customer needs as and when they happen.
Haidee Whitehead – HR Manager
Haidee joined EIR Group in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from some of the world’s biggest employers. Haidee specialises in Recruitment, and prior to this role worked on the client side managing contingent workforce contracts each valued over $2m per year.
