3. WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?

a) Sharing with Clients (Labour Hire Obligations)

As a licensed labour hire provider, we are legally and operationally required to share certain personal information about you with the clients (host employers) at whose worksites you may be placed. This may include:

  • Required qualifications or trade licenses
